Position: HR and Administrative Officer

Location: Bangkok (MRT Ratchadapisek)

Closing date: 30 June 2019

HR

  • Assist to create, design and deliver L&D solutions to support the organisational change and assist to development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer based, self managed learning, class room and on job learning as appropriate.
  • Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops.
  • Assist to contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums, mail, Intranet etc.
  • Provides HR administrative support across recruitment, induction, remuneration, performance management, employment relations, HR policy and procedures, learning and development, health and safety.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training.
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

Administrative

  • Perform general office administration duties i.e. stationery stock controls, mailing, contacting vendors, pantry stock control, pest control, some essential medicine for first aid box, annual check-up for staff, arrange cake for staff’s birthday & farewell, etc.
  • To coordinate with hospital for staff annual check-up and also arrange schedule for staff visit.
  • To monitor the Insurance Company for cash reimbursement for staff.
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • To provide logistic support as required such as, booking air ticket, Hotel booking.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
  • To coordinate with visa agency for preparing the relevant documents for apply the visa and work permit.
  • To assist HR and Admin Manager to coordinate with legal firm for preparing information, documentation and report for extending license

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR and Admin area.
  • Efficient HR administration.
  • Good command of English. 
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
  • Experience in design and delivery of innovative training programmes is a big plus.
