Senior Regional Program Support Specialist – Supporter Engagement

This role provides comprehensive consulting and subject matter expertise in developing and implementing partnership management core process in the region. The incumbent works as a knowledgeable resource on partnership management core process design issues and leads complex partnership management initiatives. This role is responsible for support in multiple national offices and often collaborates with GMC counterparts as appropriate.

This role leads activities to service the sponsor-donor connection. This role leads and may train others on the processing of child sponsorship, child survival, youth and other significant field program communication resources.  This role provides support to the National Offices Sponsor Engagement Teams to make sure Compassion visitors has an opportunity to experience the work of Compassion in the field. This role is also accountable for ensuring the processes within Sponsor and Donor Support and Tours & Visits are working well in the region and are improved as needed to support performance against agreed upon cross functional metrics.

Requisites:

• Mature Christian person, based on evangelical Christian values, has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is above reproach in integrity and honesty.

• Ideally ministry experience with churches as partners.  But other partnership management experience will be relevant and acceptable
• Work experience & Education  -10 -12 years’ experience working in this or similar position or field. Relevant education in this field would be preferable.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Work environment - Office – Standard Office Environment
• Physical demands -Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to 8 hours per day
• Travel requirements -May be required to travel up to 10-15% of normal schedule
