Responsibilities

Job Specifics

1. Develop work plan and monitoring plans based on the year’s planned activities. Activities include workshops to build self-confidence, career planning events, establishing an information hub for scholarship, vocational and higher education.
2. Facilitate planned trainings and workshops including liaising with internal and external trainers as needed
3. Contribute in the development  of next year’s plans through lesson’s learned and achievements during the year;
4. Coordination with a hired Consultant on exploration of higher education with universities and relevant Project Managers for youth related activities
5. Assist in providing inputs for report and proposal writing
6.  Provide monthly progress report

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor of Social Science or similar discipline

Work Experience:

• Relevant experience in working in the Thailand-Myanmar migrant programs

Language:

• Fluent in Burmese and Karen
• Good command of English
• Some level of Thai is desirable.

Others:

• Candidates from local partners are of distinct advantage.
