PURPOSE OF POSITION :
- Research and analyze market and competitors for gather the information to develop new and existing products that meet or exceed predetermined SP/DN and producers as well as the Operation and Marketing plan.
- Works under close direction with cross-functional team and handles increasingly complex issues while developing a track record of success in the development processes.
- Creates and assists in the development of documentation for new products as well as presentation designs package and factsheet which will be done on time.
- Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products according to changing SP/DN needs or internal production/service.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Designs and/or develops new products, including possible potential product according to the Operation / Marketing plan. Researches, creates and builds prototypes to satisfy product design specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to assist in develop new/existing products with Operation / MKT / MI / Communication to complete the package both in presentation and design that will be ready to use in fundraising.
- Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products according to changing of SP/DN needs or Operation and MKT requirements. Reviews adaptation of existing products for new applications or other NGO markets.
- Performs other duties requested by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Mass Communication, Business Management or related field.
- Have knowledge of marketing, marketing research, consumer behavior analysis and well presented
- Experience in Development preferably in NGO will be advantage
- Strong knowledge of the product category assigned.
- Excellent pattern making skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solver and negotiation skills
