The contract is necessary to meet the supporter care database back-office requirements primarily for Thailand Fundraising Operations from October 2019-April 2020. The dedicated support will assist in timely and accurate reporting to Finance. This is in line with the expected increase in volume of transactions to be processed from the DDC outsource partner as a test project. Likewise, this will allow the TH FR Operations time to evaluate the capacity requirements beyond 2019.
The hiring for this position is on a contract basis since it corresponds with the backend support work of the DCC Outsource Project for FR in Thailand which will run from October 2019 – April 2020.
