Job Title:  Human Resources Officer (Employee Relations & HR Service)

Location:  Bangkok (BTS Ari)

Reports To:  Senior HR Officer

Job Summary: Human Resources Officer (Employee Relations & HR Service) is responsible for managing employee relations, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring a positive work environment. This role focuses on support resolving employee issues, promoting fair treatment, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:
    • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  2. Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
    • Organize employee engagement activities such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Organize and coordinate with concerned departments to provide Engagement Activities, Org. Culture Program, Health and Wellness Programs, etc. for creating good morale and good relationship between staff and organization as well as promoting staff engagement and culture.
  4. Communication:
    • Communicate changes in HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
    • Generate and analyze reports on employee relations metrics, such as turnover rates, grievance trends, and employee satisfaction.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee relations and HR practices.
  5. HR Services:
    • Provide HR support and services to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and general HR inquiries.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Manage the staff’s welfares and benefits, including Sick staff visiting, Wreath and Funeral Allowances, New-born Giftset, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in HR services, employee relations, L&D, OD or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations practices, and HR policies.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and other program that relevant such as Canva, PowerBI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Can do attitude, Proactive and service-minded.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
