Consultant Scope of Work
Title: Part-time MEL data entry
Objective: To provide high-quality MEL data entry to RAIN data management system (MIS)
Background: The USDA-funded Thailand Regional Agriculture Innovation Network (RAIN) project is a five-year, $16 million project implemented by Winrock International (Winrock). Winrock implements RAIN in Thailand and supports smallholder farmers and many other agricultural actors in Thailand’s public and private sectors. RAIN identifies emerging climate smart innovations (CSi), promotes CSi to farmers, and ensures sustainability by facilitating market access to CSi in six agriculture value chains.
To facilitate market access to CSi, RAIN is developing business models for 30 CSi to scale to a total of 30,000 farmers. The program will monitor and evaluate progress through routine data collection.
RAIN is seeking a part-time data entry for this process to work closely with RAIN Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team to register data from paper-based forms to online data management system. The task is required for in-person data entry with semi-flexible office hours.
The consultant will work closely with the RAIN staff (primarily, MEL team). Activities include:
