Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide post-rescue care to survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation through case management support and restoration process in partnership with aftercare service providers, government agencies, and relevant key stakeholders to promote survivors’ autonomy, healing journey, and empowered choice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in rescue operations under the direction of each team leader of the investigation
- Accompany survivors during a police interview after rescue and court proceedings
- Coordinate with police, social welfare department, and other relevant agencies in placing survivors into the aftercare program as needed
- Assess survivors’ needs; identify ways to support them through one-on-one meetings during the follow-up process
- Facilitate case management services including appropriate documentation of confidential records and survivor’s progress
- Create individualized service plans that help survivors identify and reach their goals
- Provide regular contact with survivors in the aftercare program to continue to assess their needs, monitor progress, and provide support and mentoring
- Where there are needs identified that are outside of the bounds of the support The Exodus Road can offer, work with survivors, their families, and the aftercare staff to enable survivors to access the support they require from another agency organization
- Provide Monthly reports on each survivor’s progress and needs to the Global Aftercare Program Manager
- Monitor and keep in touch with survivors in the aftercare program and after reintegration/repatriation
- Identify new aftercare partner organizations and build relationships with the appropriate people
- Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with government agencies and partner organizations
- Interface with training institutions to coordinate the placement of survivors into education, vocational training, or job placement
- Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Work or Psychology and/or equivalent work experience), or
- Master’s degree in social work
- Must be social work certified with license registration
Preferred:
- Basic level of English: speaking, reading, writing
- Advanced computer experience
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two years of experience working with trauma survivors preferably in the Anti-human trafficking field
- Minimum two years of experience working or volunteering in a residential, case management, or child welfare setting
