Account Executive for The PLEDGE [Full Time]

What are we expecting from you?  

Customer Management (35%)  

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service, solving problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.  
  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, uncovering and understanding customers’ needs  
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data  
  • Ensure renewals of existing customers and negotiating terms and conditions if necessary  
  • Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system.  
  • Prepare, review and submit sales or partnership contracts, invoice and receipts  
  • Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.  
  • Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management

Project Management (35%)  

  • Serving as main point of contact for projects, ensuring excellent organization and reliability  
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected  
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines  
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project  

Business Development (30%)  

  • Identify and research potential clients  
  • Qualifying inbound leads and prospects  
  • Holding sales pitches with an end goal of earning a prospect business  
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and bids  
  • Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results  
  • Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.  
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process  
  • Conduct ongoing market research  
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability or a related field or relevant number of years of experience.  
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the hospitality business or as a consultant  
  • Ability to work successfully with the team, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines  
  • Mature, highly responsible, proactive, fast learner  
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC score 750 minimum)
