Key Responsibilities 

• Develop & Execute Digital Strategy: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels, primarily Meta (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing (MailerLite).
• Content & Campaign Management: Create compelling visual and written content using Canva and manage posting schedules that align with brand goals and voice.
• Community & Brand Engagement: Drive engagement, grow our online community, and help position our brands as a thought leader in the food waste and hospitality sustainability space.
• Website Management: Update and maintain our WordPress website, track performance via Google Analytics, and suggest improvements based on user behavior.
• AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Integrate AI tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) into content production, reporting, and campaign planning to save time and boost results.
• Reporting & Optimization: Monitor KPIs across digital platforms, produce monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our consultants, designers, and leadership to align messaging and marketing efforts globally.

Who are we looking for? 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Proficient in:  
  • Meta Business Suite (campaign creation, audience targeting, A/B testing)
  • LinkedIn(organic growth and B2B marketing)
  • Canva (designing high-quality visuals quickly)
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel PowerPoint)
  • Google Analytics and WordPress(basic familiarity at minimum)
  • Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
• Good Communication skills in both Thai and English
• Hands-on, independent, and excited to work in a small, fast-moving team
• Bonus: Familiarity with CSR, sustainability communication or hotel operations

Position Details & Compensation 

• We carefully train and nurture our team members; including but not limited to participation in the Food Waste Prevention Online Course (Certificate of Completion provided)
• Serious credentials, working with a pioneer food waste hacking tech and consulting company
• Opportunity to prepare and deliver hands-on food waste prevention projects, to train professionals and provide advisory services.
• Social Security and Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience & skill)
• Working location: Bangkok office (near BTS Chong Nonsi)
