Position: Administration Intern = 1 position

Assignment duration: 2 months (1 October - 30 November 2025)

Duty station: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for the admin & logistic of the regional meeting
• Be a liaison during the regional meeting during 14-24 October 2025
• Summarize the billing of the regional meeting
• Support on the annual physical asset check
• Other assigned task by supervisor

Qualifications, skills and experience

• Undergrad student in any field
• Able to use relevant software (MS Office) and other platforms for effective management
• Good communication both written and spoken in Thai and English
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Experience  on student union activities or volunteer with NGO is advantage
