Join Us as Senior Program Manager

Location: Chiang Mai | Travel: Up to 30% of working time | Status: Full Time

Are you a program professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of assigned health and related programs, ensuring quality implementation, effective partner management, compliance with donor requirements, and alignment with REACH’s strategic objectives. This position will report to Program Director.

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Health, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree such as MPH preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience managing health projects or similar roles within international organizations.
• Proven experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
• Experience working in multicultural and low-resource settings.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of local cultural and political contexts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Experience in community engagement, training, planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ability to navigate complex partner and stakeholder relationships.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt working hours and responsibilities based on program needs.
