Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Full Time | Report to: MEL Manager
Are you passionate about using evidence, data, and learning to drive meaningful social impact and improve the effectiveness of programs serving marginalized communities? REACH for Equity is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer to strengthen the design, implementation, and use of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across our humanitarian and development programs. In this role, you will play a critical part in generating high-quality data, analyzing results, and translating evidence into actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve program quality. Working closely with program teams and partners, you will help ensure accountability, learning, and impact in our efforts to expand access to opportunities for children, families, and communities.
