The Equity Initiative
IT Communications Manager
The IT Communications Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of a range of online communication strategies targeting CMB’s coordinated Equity Initiative web platforms, including EI website, social networking/media activities for community building, and the EI fellowship program’s online learning management system (LMS).
Equity Initiative Web Communications
- Act as site webmaster for main EI website (www.equityinitiative.org)
- Responsible to actively maintain website CMS (Wordpress) and develop quality content in conjunction with EI team
- Maintain repository and inventory of digital assets, including photo and video
- Manage fellowship online application system
- Generate online interaction and community building through EI’s social networking platform, HealthSpace.Asia and other social media channels
- Liaise with web developers for site performance and troubleshooting; manage website domain and hosting account
Online Learning Management System
- Update fellowship curriculum modules in LMS (Docebo)
- Support the development of online learning modules (Storyline)
- Maintain Equity Library system and digital assets, including e-books & PDFs
- Monitor analytics and report user statistics
Profile/Professional Skills
- Quick-learner, highly motivated
- Very good knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
- 2-4 years experience in website management/content development or design orworking knowledge of various CMS or LMS and social media
- Excellent project and deadline management skills
